The door tag is the only place with the full vin. There's a few other spots with just the last 6 or 8, the frame rail is one of them. If you need the full vin and the sticker is faded you will need to order new stickers.

There's a tag on the drivers side to the bottom and rear of the drivers door on the cab, can't remember if it's the complete vin# or just the last six. Should also be on your registration and title also.

Thanks for the responses. I just bought the truck and in Florida when you buy a truck from another state they require you to get a vin check. Ive owned 3 other semis and the vin on the door was good but the person I dealt with today wanted to see the vin on something besides a sticker.

Last 6 only on the little tag behind the driver door. CT requires the vin check for out of state registration as well. Inspector at local site couldn't make out door sticker either. Sent me to main office in the center of the state where the inspector ended up using the frame stamped last 6 at the front of the frame rail.
