I work there. If you want to work for a bunch of ####y, overpaid, dumb dispatchers, go for it. The nicest people at that company are all OUTSIDE of the dispatch office. The don't pay worth crap, no bonuses(even though they tell you there are during orientation) slow equipment, and the miles are crap. The only way to make any money is to run illegal but, now they were forced by D.O.T. to get electronic logs so, you can't do that anymore. I'm looking for a new company as I type this. Even guys who have been there for 3 or 4 years are walking out on them. BAD COMPANY!

I can't get the recruiter to return a call. I was looking for day cab work.

 

I called to ask about a local dedicated job in the Chattanooga area and the recruiter was amazingly rude. After that ONE conversation I wrote them off the list. First impressions are very important and she was a very bad first impression.

 

I am working for a company hauling Toyota parts. Temp company but everyday work. Check with local Ryder logisitcs. They have a contract with VW. They may be using a temp service. I drive Ryder equipment.

Venture has a bad FMCSA rating.

 

Check with Best Drivers out of Lebanon, might be able to help you out with some local work.
