Ive been giving an honest running log of how they've treated me, bobby the owner personally has treated me very well. I realize they are from Uzbekistan and I don't know if there Muslim or not. That really has nothing to do with how they've been running me and what my paychecks are looking like. Everybody speaks good English my dispatcher is from newyork. I'm a company driver as of right now so I'm not sure what your "frieght charge" comment means, but they are all the most down to earth people I have ever worked for. All I know is if you can manage your clock right they will run you 3500+ a week. With a cap of .50 and them paying for every detention, extrastop, every week I'd say there better than most. That's my experience and the other team that is on ttr aswell say they are running non-stop

Things have been going very good here, bobby the owner called me and told me that I'd be getting a raise and a 6,000 dollar bonus paid 500 a month till it's paid. I couldn't believe it! I had to ask twice lol, needless to say my dispatcher really has it together, she is AWESOME! I'm getting long trips then some shorter ones thrown in with a few stops but I ALWAYS have a load before I'm empty, I've been noticing having a easy load on the weekends which is really nice, it gives me a chance to catch up on much needed sleep! Lol. I have to do 450 miles tomorrow and I'll be in Hammond IN for my delivery at 07:30 Monday morning, them picking up, taking a load to Memphis then to St. Louis to go to the yard to get chains and my truck turned up and I'll be heading west! Can't wait, I love the west and this will only be my 2nd time driving out there. I got driver of the month aswell I was pretty excited over that, everything still is going like my first week here... GREAT! Couldn't be happier, and honestly I never thought I could be this content with a OTR company. I will post again when I have the chance I've been crazy busy since I left home.
    Stay safe out here everyone!

Well it's been a little while since my last post, alls I can say is, if you like to run hard and you can MANAGE your clock, they will run you into the ground! I'm not sure this is overall a good thing, but my pockets have been larger then ever in my life, I'm happy about that, but man!! I've been averaging 600-700 miles daily. My clock is finnaly about burnt up, after taking a trip to OR, then P/U in Washington to Kansas I'd say it's about time. I have to deliver tomorrow morning, one in alma and Topeka. I have 440 miles to go and 8 hours to do it, I'm on my 10 hour right now a little ways outside Denver. It does help that my truck now goes faster, and the funny thing is I'm getting better MPG then I was at 65! I'm now at 69, imagine that! Oh and with this terrain and 43,800 in my refrigerator I don't want to hear going 60 saves cash!! Lol. I'm dead tired to say the least, not looking forward to driving tonight, this trip out has really screwed my sleep up, but like I said, I've been making great money, and overall am still very happy here! The owner just bought a nice shiny frieghtliner that's very sharp looking, he says he's trying diffrent trucks to see which one is better, I told him I want a 680!! Lol sure is alot more roomy then this 670, but I really do love this truck, never thought I'd like a volvo this much lol.

on a side note, I'm still planning on leasing. If I don't make the move before winter comes, then I will stick with my original plan and wait till spring. I've talked to a few more drivers here that are leasing and they are all doing very well, so I'm stacking cash up and doing tons of research on what truck, what year, what engine all that jazz, if I had it my way I'd go with a t-680 or w-900, maybe by the time I'm ready I'll have enough cash saved to put a nice down payment on one! :)
sorry for the direah of the mouth, I'm gonna get some sleep(or try too) stay safe drivers!!!

Great to hear all is still going good!!! I've come off the road for now, too many issues at home with family health so this is where I will stay for the time being, glad that I have other careers to keep me going.

If I were to lease or own again I will say the T680 impressed me a lot!!! Not sure I would do a long hood again, one W900 studio that I owned was enough, fuel economy doesn't really exist, or didn't for us anyway, and I kept my foot out of it too!!! Triple digit 550 cat and it never saw the higher side of 75! We kept it under 68 most of the time but still barely managed 5.8 with a 13 spd.

Good luck, stay safe and God bless!!!

So where did you come up with grossing $100k as a company driver? I've read most of this thread but not once seen any quote as to what the pay is for a company driver? I'm guessing he is getting percentage, but even so I seriously doubt he will make anything close to $100k as a OTR company driver.

So what do they pay as a company driver, mileage or percentage. How much? Thanks!

Company driver is between .38-.48 depending on experience. As a lease operator reefer is .79% and dry van is 84%. I may be wrong with the cap for company, I heard that it got raised but I'm not 100% to what exactly. They also have a 6k sign on bonus and a 1% referral bonus, meaning you'll receive %1 of the drivers income monthly for the entire time he/she is working there, I got my first check a few weeks back for 245.00 since they are a team there monthly gross is larger.

Why is the percentage for hauling smaller versus the dry van??? I would think that its the other way around with reefer being paid 84% and dry van 79%. Good to see updates to your thread on here. As for which truck model you should get, my vote goes for a DD15 powered Cascadia or a cummins powered 579. If you want room, go with a cummins powered T680 or 780 Volvo. Both will get you good mpg when spec'd well.
