Look up MEN heater and babbington burner
Mix it with sawdust about 1:1 and its an excellent shop stove starter. I actually built an automatic auger fed rocket stove that runs on sawdust and waste vegetable oil since i had so much slop to dispose of after drawing off everything clean enough for vehicle fuel.
Wvo and sawdust smells like buttery pancakes in the stove.

At the processing center tank truck dumps the liquid into a sorting tank. From there it's going to go through processes seperating with proven science this from that out of these. Boom, you have some new recycled fluids that will come in handy to someone.
In Pine Bluff Arkansas at the Cotton Belt Shops (Been in operation one way or another since the 30's and world war two in particular building steam engines of great power and enormous tonnage to deal with the overload in war freighting. Inside that shop sits Cotton Belt number 819 a 4-8-4 Class steam locomotive. There is a oil tender on the end of that. Pour your motor oil into it when the staff gives you the ok after inspecting it.
Ask the staff to tell you some stories of the things that the train crew has managed to do and establish for themselves everlasting glory and songs will be sung. One incident the last engineer with her working hard in Illinois on the Wabash Main. Had the 819 up to 80 mph and then gently urged her beyond towards the magic 100.
No one will ever confirm or deny the story, however it did pass a fast Wabash steam train like it's sitting still.
Anyway you asked about oil. I gave you two fun places to get rid of it.86scotty Thanks this. -

Call your local landfill. They’ll take it, they may or may not charge for disposal tho.
My local landfill charges $1.00 per gallon. The county where my parents live in FL is no charge for waste oil.D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
Just dump it at the truck stop in the road so we can watch prime spin around in circles
bzinger and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
Just sell it in a truckstop. Find the guy that has the most bagged out POS there. I'm sure his truck would LOVE some fresh(er) oil
.
I'm kidding. Don't put used oil in your engine lol.
In highschool I worked at an industrial supply store. We'd sometimes get loggers come in with a couple dozen buckets of used oil on service day. I believe we got paid for used oil so we didn't care how much people brought down.FlaSwampRat Thanks this. -
