They don't have any more work than the next guy. don't listen to what slick talking Kaleb has to say. hes a nice guy to have a beer with but he will say anything to get you signed on to universal."
the whole intermodal thing is going south, has been all year. if you are buying a truck, wait it out man. if you own a truck and are considering these guys, stay away unless $700 a week average is okay for you... that's take home after fuel and insurance, and yeah, for an owner operator.

Out of all intermodal companies out there you chose the worse, yes intermodal is suffering everywhere but a good company will always try to keep you happy and give you at least a load a day , last week it was the worse of the year I ran 207 miles and I still took home a 1k working 4 days, my average is 1800 working less than 8 hours a day.... You let that guy honey fornicate you(quote from "the interview")

that's a tough call for me. I started at jb hunt intermodal as an owner operator. I went there not for the pay, which wasn't that great as you could guess but for the steady freight. left them for a smaller company out of Alabama that paid great but didn't have any work. these guys here though pay #### like jb, and don't have any work. jeeze... guess ill keep hunting.
who do you work for in new jersey? @Ruckie -
I work for transnoble, after I learned the intermodal business with jbhunt, here in nj a bunch of jbhunt owner operators left after they cut the pay per mile
