    Worked for several agents with United Van Lines and found them to be much more professional then other HHG moving companies. Went to work for other major HHG companies and the labor was far from professional and even embarrassing. United Van Lines would not tolerate the behavior that other moving companies seemed to ignore.

    Depends on the agent, but yes Untied was always one of better bed bugging outfits out there....

    Ahhhhh i cannot disagree more. United is the WORST of the big 5. They nickel and dime, ding and fine drivers like crazy. Plus thier the discount KING. I tried them years ago. After 6 months i said im losing to much money and was outta there. Now they could keep me running and loaded. But dont reallt want drivers to pack, so the pay really terrible is you do. I did meet some of the nicest people, and a ton of guys, who were united forever. They were happy and didnt no or care how much they were losing. Now i am a pack and load WORKING driver. I load my own wagon!!! Now for someone who wants to work 10 months and drive 30,000 miles more. To make the same money they can working 6 i say go united.
