United truck driving school San Diego ca

Just wanted to say how pleased I was with united truck school in San Diego.The instructors were all knowledgeable and patient.as a person who has driven a manual transmission for 30+ years I was having trouble transitioning to double clutching.it is hard to break the muscle memory.the instructors got me thru it.They never pressured me to go automatic even though it would of been easier for them and me.Unlike some of the schools here,after the 160 is done ,they don't just send you to the DMV .They allow you additional training time until YOU are ready..We never had issues with trucks being broken or to many students .my class had 12 students with 4 yard instructors,as a result we all had plenty of individual interaction with our instructors.Highly reccomend them

 

I am going with Melton,you had suggested Jones brothers to me also.But they no longer hire no experience drivers unless they live in the area up there.I also spoke to a couple other companies ,I thought Melton would be better for me as far as their flat bed training goes.I try to always look at the big picture.To me I would rather make a few cents less ,but have a solid foundation of training.And I want to thank you for all the company suggestions that you gave to me.I don't know if you know how much your help is appreciated by us all.even if you are not addressing us directly.many of us use your recommendations as a research tool for our own needs.
