I had a live load to pick up bags of powder milk. As it is, they have serval warehouses in the neighborhood. The shipping clerk told me directions to a warehouse, but of course I got lost. I had to call them and get the address. I would not have found it without a gps. None of their facilities have signs visible.

Yeah, Sorry, UDA is an entity in its self! They do things their own way and since they are the only one like them in Az. they get away with being like that. I bet when you found the dock you had to blind side from the street into a dock that was a pain? I'm sorry I'm proud to be from Az. but UDA is a PITA!

The dock was actually easy. But the driveway on Broadway was really tight, I had to do a major jug handle turn to get on it. By the way, Arizona is a very beautiful state indeed.
Yes, Tempe isn't that bad to drive around in. I did have the address to their main facility, found it without much problem. But try finding a location that has no sign and only verbal directions from someone who can bearly speak English.
