How you doing drivers I just signed up for TVC truckers voice in court I'm wondering if anyone heard of this and if it's truly worth it and do they stand by the drivers supposedly if you get a speeding ticket of any kind or any kind of moving citations they fight it for free with the lawyer if you get an accident they fight it for a discounted rate they also include road service for your car
Tvc??? Is it worth it

I never signed up for it.....think about this, if a trucker gets a speeding ticket, he/she was most likely speeding. Pretty big vehicle, hard not to notice it. Lane restrictions, inexcusable. Accidents, some aren't preventable but there's a good number that can be avoided with good judgment. Unless you get in trouble with regularity, I don't see much purpose in having TVC.
PE_T and driverdriver Thank this. -
No I agree completely just drive the truck safely and smart and you shouldn't have any trouble with the government but there are times where a cop get you for no reason and your have to go all the way down to that state to fire whereas TVC we'll go out there for you for free supposedly I'm getting it for now just because I have a supposedly major preventable accident that wasn't my fault nor I even got cited for and supposedly it's nice to have roadside covered for you and your wife if you're not with her cheaper than AAA

if the time ever came that i was in need of a lawyer, best to contact someone at that time.
otherwise, save yer money, like i did.Milr72, bryan21384, Coover and 1 other person Thank this. -
i should add that if one is a member of OOIDA (i think it;s like $50 a year?) then if an attorney is needed, contact them, and they will recommend an attorney for you. way cheaper.
PE_T Thanks this. -
TVC is $48 a month supposedly includes free unlimited lawyers to fight moving violations and non-moving violations it includes roadside toes fuel and tires Etc for you and your spouse if you're an owner operator they help you get everything you need
-
AAA (for me, with a second person) is $80 yearly.
yes there is a big difference form class 8 to a passenger car, but that's a chunk of change i could spend on groceries, the mortgage, etc, etc.
i'd not put too much stock in thier road service, you'll be sitting on the side of the road just as much as if you had to call a garage on your own.driverdriver and wheres da $$$ Thank this. -
might be worth it if you get a ticket in a state like IL. Last I heard you couldnt just pay the ticket you or your lawyer/attorney had to show up in court first but that was a few years ago.
buddyd157 Thanks this. -
Road law is a little over a hundred per year. You still got to pay lawyer fees, but way less than the normal. I was really glad to have them once. They fought over 2 months in court for me. The owner Jeff is real candid.

Yeah New York does that too you literally have to show up all that gas all that toll or at time it's crazy how the government ####s us I even heard some states allow the officers to do a bond ticket meaning you have to pay them on the spot or else you'll be sitting and this is even with your car not sure if it's true or not but that would be crazy
