Sounds like you have a liner filling up with Antifreeze. It can be caused by a few thing, cracked liner for one. When you shut the truck off does it steam or look like its still running?

When I cracked a liner thats what mine did.

Coolant is entering a cylinder from a head gasket, cracked head or porous/cracked liner. Remove exhaust manifold from cyl heads. See which hole blows coolant when you crank engine over.

It's possible you may see some sign of coolant in the oil but more likely to break the starter, hard parts in the offending cylinder and the injector on that cylinder. It's something that you don't want to let go very long or the bill will grow like a weed.

it's called hydrolock, you can bend a rod or seize up your motor if you let it go long enough. among other things.you got a cracked head or burnt headgasket or cracked liner. or, if the engines has alot of miles on it, it could be cavitation on a liner. where air bubbles in the antifreeze are popping when they contact the hot liner. everytime a bubble pops it knocks a little bit of metal off the liner wall until it's all the way through, letting antifreeze in on top of piston

I agree, it's hydrolocking, one day you will bend a rod and then it's all over. I'd get to a shop asap.
