My search only returned two threads with not much relevancy.
I'm getting empty in Mountainside tomorrow morning, and then picking up a load in Harrison on Fri. morning. I have to park all day long, and don't really want to drive 50 miles back to TA.
Is Tullo truck stop safe to park overnight, or would I be better off hopping on a turnpike and spend the night at a travel plaza?
Also... Are trucks allowed on NJ-24 [cut off from I-287 to I-78]?
Thanks!

new jersey truck stopsKatz Thanks this. -
i have stayed there before, loaded at th same place in harrison off 15 w i bet. its a rough looking place but i wasnt really comfortable there. the service plaza north of exit 11 on the turnpike might be a better spot.
but then i used to stay at the old jersey city truckstop back in the day. tullo is a piece of cake compared to that, lol
but really the length of time you have to be there the turnpike plaza would be better for you.Katz Thanks this. -
I got one of my tarps stolen while doing 34 in GA a couple of months ago. I've been a little more cautious since then.
I'll stick with the service plaza. Thanks guys!
