All I can tell you is Tru Line is the dedicated company for Ocean Spray in Henderson NV and Sulphur Springs TX. I don't have a clue as to anything else they do or pay. The guys in Tx stay plenty busy but get paid an hourly rate.

If you live in Vegas, probably a good choice as long as the paychecks are on time etc.

Truline Has a colorful history. It was founded in the early '60's by the Trueman brothers (Dick and Grant). They had a falling out several years later. Gunfire was involved, one brother shot the other. After that, Dick branched off and formed Pan Western, now based in North Las Vegas, Grant continued on with Truline as the sole owner.

They still don't talk to each other to this day, as far as I know.

Been working for them for a month plus, picky in their recruitment you need to be pretty clean on DAC, MVR, CSA, 2yrs experence, no drugs, recent felony's. etc, etc. Primarily run AZ, CA, NV, and UT with lots of dedicated stuff. Mostly internationals, with some freightliners thrown in, the equipment is very well maintained, the 05 w/700k I drive goes down the road much better than the 09 I was driving. If you do have a problem you walk in and talk with one of the owners, and it gets taken care of now.
They want you to run legal, and it's not just lip service, even with the loose leaf logs they try to keep you as legal as possibe. The pay depends on which fleet you are on, but most people start OTR which is paid by the mile. Everybody there has been as nice and helpful as can be, they go out of their way to learn your name, likes and dislikes, and my disp. goes out of his way to set me up the way I like to run, a real family atmosphere.
The hometime is great! I have been home on average three times a week with at least a 34hr reset or more on the weekends. They even ran me 55miles out of route for my thanksgiving.
So far the only downside is a some grocery loads and unloads which are pain in the @## especially in the LA area, but that goes with the territory and they usually spead them around so I'll normally get a drop and hook after the groceries.

Overall I'm really happy working there, yeah I could make a little more working for another company, but the atmosphere, good equipment, and hometime more than make up for it.
