TrueNorth insurance company is scamming o/o's who are 65yrs. and older. They take your money but will not pay when you file a claim because of your age. This comes from personal experience not second hand conversation. They hide behind company policies that are unfairly imposed and do it knowingly.
I had an injury that required surgery on my neck and have been unable to work as of this writing on 03-17-2014. My weekly income from my disability is $509.00 per week. However, they have fought to pay because I also receive social security that I have already worked and paid for...They claim I did not fill out the forms correctly while drugged and barely coherent. I have been in extreme pain and unable to work since 11-15-2014. When you can not work until your released from your doctor, any kind of money is badly needed. Yet they refuse to pay. They do not answer their phones, call back and are very condensending. If your age is 70 and older, your income is reduced every year, yet they still take your money as if you are 30 yrs old. then Then they are pissed because you ask for money you rightfully deserve...After 20 yrs of driving and never having a problem, never taking any time for medical problems, never missing a payment I will gladly file whatever legal forms necessary to right a scamming wrong. If at all possible, do not do business with TrueNorth insurance Co., who are underwrote by the Great American Insurance Group. I am not an Obama lackey looking for an easy non working pay check, I am only asking what I paid for.....until I file with my junk yard dog attorney...than the game changes. So, BEWARE OF TRUENORTH insurance SCAMMERS!!!!

No disrespect there but if you are in great amount of pain as you state how are you able to log onto a computer and type such such a long post?

This date didn't even pass?
#*have been in extreme pain and unable to work since 11-15-2014.#* -
How are you typing that you think it consumes so much energy? With your nose?
Keep us updated, stick (I refuse to call you bigstick. That's disgusting.) -
Bigstick is an old baseball term that I enjoyed in my younger years and had an opportunity to play in the Baltimore Orioles chain in the mid 60's....typo on the 2013-2014 years....Pain is now gone and hopefully the doctor will release me so I can go back to work again....TrueNorth wants all of your irs returns and all of your settlements from other income avenues including social security....this is apart of their policies. Total invasion of privacy. Totally irrelevant to what your monies are owed to you based on what you purchase from them...TrueNorth must be an Obama shill....wants to know everything about you so they can determine more money extracted from your bones....

True/North insurance company is the same as all of the other insurance companies underwriting Occupational Accident Insurance policies. They will have a 65-70 yr. + dr. pay the same amount of premiums as a 30yr. old driver...However, if the 65 yr. old driver files a legitimate claim, than any money he gets will be discounted because of the money he will receive from social security. So, if you should get $500.00 at 30yrs of age, you will only get the min. amount of approx. $210.00 because of your social security. All insurance companies I contacted do the same....."screw" the drivers! This is a way they make their money. Since most trucking company executives don't care what o/o's pay, and it doesn't come out of any settlements of there own, the o'o's are saddled with unfair insurance premiums. I contacted OOIDA and researched their o/o Occupational Accident Insurance policies and they were the same as all of the insurance companies, which shows, they are only in the game to make money......at our expense! OOIDA lost a lot of respect and good will in looking out for us. Can hardly wait for the e-logs come into play.....I will than take my retirement and bid fair well to what was a good industry, yet now an opportunistic vulture feeding off your bones.
Big Don Thanks this.
