Unable to access their loadboard since Saturday. Just posted an updated message on their support page.

"Truckstop.com is experiencing system issues, caused by malware, that are affecting several services including Truckstop.com Load Board. We have been working around the clock to restore service and will continue to do so until we are fully operational.

We have seen speculation online about the cause of the issues and want to assure you that the safety and security of customer information is our top priority. Should we determine that this incident impacted the security of that information we will move quickly to notify anyone potentially affected.

We want to assure you that you are our top priority and we understand that interruptions in service can have a big impact on your business. We are doing everything we can to ensure you get paid and can manage your business."

Yup, and because of that I had to become a DAT customer today, not to mention I won't be spending christmas at home with family cuz I couldn't log in to ITS.

Well, I was aware of ITS issues since Saturday but I thought it would be solved today or Sunday night, this is not the first time I've seen it happening.
So I had a plan to book a load today that would get me back home (1500+miles) but it just didn't happened.

I already did my allowable fair share of deadhead miles this month, thanks for the suggestion.

I have spent Christmas, Birthdays, New Years eve's...You named it I was probably out there working on that date.

Last two months I was home pretty much doing nothing just going to Chiropractor after a car accident I had early October, besides a whole bunch of tests I had to go through because a lung infection I have in one of my lungs I've been dealing with for about a year. (Been coughing up blood since last Dec)

So last week I decided to make a short run to make some extra money for the recovery months I won't be able to work due to the surgery I will undergo next month.

Sometimes things do not go as planned, but you can go ahead and have a good laugh if it makes you feel good.

    Merry Christmas.
