You call a shop & ask to buy a radio then you ask for it to be turned wide open then you take the radio & put it on a scope ...What do you think it's going to do??

That Isn't what happened. He told Brian he wanted the most powerful station to talk 50 miles from his truck. Brian hung himself by sending those radios he hacked up. At no point in time was Brian told how to do his job.

Rabbiporkchop....Is that the place you mentioned that made a 10watt radio out do a 4000 watt radio...
Must say although i dont understand most of what he did,a lil bit of the sign wave and sound wave on the scope looked good..I barely understood it but i have alil bit of a grasp of the concept...
Only wish he wasnt out in mew mexico..I never see that part of the world..
Must google his site when i get home tomorrow..Hate to think of shipping cost from novascotia to him and back plus cost of his work.

Shipping 3 radios in one box with a lot of packing peanuts from MD. cost me $33.00.I did not price the work as that will have to wait until he opens them up. I shipped 3 ( I have about 15) because I had room in the box and I figure in for a penny in for a pound. The shipping both ways alone will nearly buy a stock 29 on sale with rebates. If he can reduce the noise floor and it saves me from sitting in traffic jams needlessly it will be worth it. The USPS flat rate boxes were too small with packing materials.

That low noise floor isn't much use when the Skip is rolling but it really comes in handy on quiet days.
