What do you want to do? Are you wanting to stay OTR and just have residency in South Dakota? All the usual suspects would probably hire you out of SD. Trimac has a terminal in Rapid City but it’s mostly local stuff I think. Cliff Viesman runs food grade tanks but they’re over on the Eastern side. Blachowske runs pneumatics and they’re out of Brandon SD. They also have a terminal in GA.

 

After you get to South Dakota, apply for Hazmat and then you'll know for sure if your address is accepted.
