Excessive scrub angle. Time for the 3 axle alignment.

I would say that's a loose wheel bearing.

    Have them do a 3-axle.

They'll tell you if it just scrub angle or if you got a bad bearing.

If you take it to a quality suspension shop they will check bearings and bushings and king pins before they align it. They wont align a truck with loose or worn parts because you'll bring it back with the same complaint you went in with.

Don't mean to hijack the thread but...The front axle on my spring ride trailer is wearing this exact same way on the right and left sides.(inside edge wearing on inside tires) Rear axle is wearing smooth and even. Anyone have any ideas?

With the wear being on the inside of both left and right sides, I would check for excessive wheel bearing play and for a bent axle.
