Lol..who do you think is advertising those party favors on the CB in west memphis? It's not a dealer.....

 

Where's that guy that bought the digital camera that turned out to be a brick in the box? I have a box from my new laptop in my truck....I can find a brick and make him a deal, but he can't open the box until I am gone.

Hell, I may even throw in a second brick for no charge.


I'm rude to people who knock on my truck door, if I don't recognize them, and not very friendly to people who walk up to me in dark truck stop parking lots. These predators can sense if you are a good victim. They don't survive long picking on people who will fight back...or more.

The other night I was waiting to load at a warehouse that was taking forever, and there were 5-6 trucks at the dock. I was waiting my turn, and I heard some man screaming, cursing, as is he was a lunatic. He was somewhere around the back of my trailer. I wasn't going to get out to check what was going on. He kept getting louder....cursing..repeating himself.
The way he spoke and the english he was using told me he was a black person.
The guy was screaming some nasty things...repeating them. (can't repeat them here)
I thought maybe he thought he was 'rapping'???
I got my hammer out from under my seat when I saw him walk around from the back of my trailer...and then he ramped up the screaming.

I think he was upset about gardening, or a local fire department. He kept yelling about HOSE.

WHen the jerk finally walked by the side of my truck, i could see he was yelling into a cellphone.

I don't know if he was talking to his wife, GF, or mother, but it seemed liked some female he was upset at. He walked around the parking lot for at least 30 minutes, screaming.

 

Screaming about a hose, now thats funny. Made my day. Thanks

The drug dealers you hear on the CB I'm pretty sure are the cops. They've been doing that since I've been trucking. You don't freely advertise drug deals for years and get away with it.

Usually I always either parked in the secured Petro or the north side Pilot is pretty calm.

 

i try to get in the pilot there if I have my choice, but I've ended up at that stink hole TA three times in a row now

 

If nobody has tried, BBQman has some pretty good food. He has a good thing going there. I ought to do that in Knoxville.
