The option to add heat and cool with perforated fabric in center panels (and back of seat for air flow) costs about 550 dollars. I was trying to do research on this option but could not find any info. Has anyone tried this seat? Does anyone have a seat with cooling? How does it cool, does it cool the seat effectively? Or is it a gimmick?

I'd be interested in hearing how people that use these like them as well.

Yes it is worth it!!!
Isringhausen has three speeds on there cooling fan and on hi it will get uncomfortably coolrun it on low and no more sweaty back.
In the winter I turn the heat on when I park my truck I am at home most night so I use my remote starter to start my truck so by the time I get the coffee made and get out of the house my trucks ready to roll and my seat is toasty warm!
I LOVE my ISRI seat it is the best seat for the money I ever sat on.Freddy57 Thanks this. -
I have heated leather seats in my Silverado and love them, except they will make farts smell worse, I guess it's the heat. I'd love to have cooling for those hot summer days.
AdamJonrulerofearth and Poneill.45 Thank this. -
Price quickly climbs above 2k once you click leather and heat and cooling.

Thanks for the feedback.
So it seems like the cooling option is worth it.
But now I am not sure on the seat, Never hear of ISRI before. Or the other brands.
I was going to order the Knoedler NuLowrider, but now I am suffering from paralysis by analysis. Can't make up my mind. I need a good seat that will last a long time, since it looks like I am going to be a lifer.
If anyone knows a good website to read about trucker seat, please let me know. -
I have cooled leather seats in my Pathfinder and love them in the summer (9 months long here in FL). If I buy an aftermarket seat for my truck again, it will have it for sure

For some reason I am set on this seat.
How long have you had this seat? Just wondering how it is holding up?
