Truck route from Denver to Craig, CO ?

The best way is I-70 through the tunnel to 1st exit which is hwy 9. Take 9 north about 40 miles to Kremmling. At the light hang a left (west) on hwy 40 over Rabbit Ears pass and into Craig.

Sorry I'm just catching up. I usually take 9 to/from 70, but sometimes 40 to 70 depending on my mood. Berthoud Pass is kinda twisty and all the ski n tree hug crowd regard it as their own private race track.

I realize this is your "stomping grounds," but I'm not a big fan of Berthoud this time of year. OTOH I'm not to fond of the skier traffic ANYWHERE. Wish they would save their hotdogging for the slopes!
