Tried to buy a truck from them a few years ago but we were too far apart on price/trade value to make it work. They do have some nice trucks but can be a bit pricey.
I ended up getting the truck in my avatar from QTS in Springfield MO. After that truck got totaled I went back and was able to get a good deal on a similar 379. Was a good experience both times and I recommend you give them a look.

I thought it was crazy that they are asking 167$k for a truck with over 200k miles. I checked into them due to a friend buying his Kenworth single wheel there. I had read some bad reviews on the Pete dealers here in LA, both used and new had bad reviews so I checked truck market. Thank you all for your replies

Go to Ritchie brothers and see what you can get? I would look up a recent auction and see what stuff is selling for. A lot of used trucks don't have warranties. If you need pick out two or three trucks to inspect. Then just bid on those. Supposedly they have wondering mechanics that will look at equipment for a fee. I wouldn't spend all the savings , I would finance it so you have a cash reserve. Be careful of the loan, you want a simple loan that can have the principal paid down in advanced. With out penalty.
Papermaker2017 Thanks this. -
