Check your U-joints on the steering shaft from the firewall to the gears. Just replaced the shaft itself (joints and shaft assembled) and I no longer have that same issue. It's kinda weird actually!
Cheers,NCTru919 and Dr_Fandango44 Thank this. -

Are you sure you're not fighting wind? I've been having the same problem, then when the winds shifts, or I drive a different direction the problem goes away. I love it when the wind shifts just as I change direction. I end up fighting a headwind, or crosswind both directions.

u joints are fine i get them greased and specifically look if that was done after every oil change

i don't think that its the wind it happens constantly it will be eve worse when the wind hit me from the left i cant hold the wheel straight im constantly holding it to the left to compensate for the pull
-
Swap your steer tires and see if it pulls the other way....
CargoWahgo and HammerDownISX Thank this. -
i will definitely try that thanks

rotate your steer tires from left to right and right to left. if the truck now pulls to the opposide side. it's a tire issue.
how bad is the pull??? if it's just a slight pull. that's normal. when roads are built. they are built with a crown. angled downward to the right so that water and snow run off. it's not uncommon for vehicles to pull to the right becuase of that. but it shouldn't be a extreme pull.
i've had cars. with bad tires. that when you took your hands off the steering wheel. the car would turn around a light pole. on it's own.
when mechanics do alignments most don'[t take that into consideration and just give it a standard alighment.
when i did alignments back in the day. i would adjust the left side to pull slightly to compensate for the road crown. -
Jack the front wheel up and spin it. One of them is out of round or you have a broken tread. Granted with broken tread you will also get a thump-thump-thump-thump as you drive.
NCTru919 Thanks this.
