    Was a perdue or mountaire driver that met the same fate there a few years ago .

    At that water temperature it only takes seconds before hypothermia sets in.

    That was a Mountaire driver, and that was on the E/B span of the Bay Bridge on US-50 in Maryland.

    This was on 13 down in Virgina between Cape Charles and Virginia Beach.

    No biggie.

    Confusion is rampant on this story. Everyone else I talked to today also thought it was the bridge on 50.

    I think that was the bridge I used to go over when I went to Burris in federalsburg ..didn't like it either .

    That one's high, but the vast majority of the time the wind is coming out of the west. That means you have a headwind as opposed to a cross wind. I know which one I'd rather deal with.

    Now, the one further down 50 crossing the Choptank river coming out of Cambridge made me a little nervous today, since that one runs due north/south.
