My apu worked fine last night, today when I shut down it won't crank.
I turned the switch to the snow flake the blower started like it usually does, but sounded different like very weak and then it went off. So I turned it off and tried it again this time the blower did not go on and the control lights started acting weird it would dim then come back on like it was losing power. I kept hearing a light click coming from under my bed but that's all it does it just won't start in any mode. I checked the fuses and they seem fine not sure what else I should be looking at.

I have a video that I just uploaded to YouTube.

Does anyone know what this could be? I've spent the last hour looking online and can't find anything like this.

Have you taken the cover off the APU to see if anything is broken?

While there, don't forget to check the 50A fuse that's at the top. Also don't forget the sensor plug on the alternator.

Check all the connections on the batteries as well.

If everything looks ok physically, and the oil and coolant are good, you can go to ThermoKings website and download their diagnostic software to your laptop (its free). That will allow you to see what code it's throwing.

I couldn't check the unit outside cause of the rain , but I will check as soon as it stops, I just lifted my bed and checked the fuses in my bunk.
I did hook up my laptop but program wouldn't work I didint know I could download one, I'll try that right now. Thank you.

Wow that 50 Amp fuse was FRIED! This will have to be replaced, How hard is it to replace this?

Moisture will do it all the time with electrical connections

It's not hard to do. You are just wiring in a new 50 Amp inline fuse. I would recommend you make sure it's is better sealed from moisture this time.

I hear you, I'll def make sure it's better sealed.
Hopefully nothing else is messed up because of it, it literally melted the fuse.

Thank you guys for the help!

You will need to find the usb cable to plug into your lap top. If your apu came equipped. Should be connected to control box under bunk.
