Tripac APU GETS ENG CODE WHEN TURNED ON.

    Need help if anyone has every had this problem with there Thermo King APU. when I turn on my Apu I get an ENG code. I replace the toggle switch in the engine. Checked all fuses everything is good. Resetting ETC breaker didn't thermoking APU .jpeg help still ENG code showing up not sure what to do need help ASAP its winter. Monday I have appointment at thermo king for it but I like fixing things my self.

    belt, coolant sensor, alt, etc. have you tried turning the truck key to the left and see if it will run like that. mine would crank up and run then shut down. showed engine on knob.. truck key to the left and it didnt have a problem. replaced the truck key switch and no problem

    I never tried that will do it tomorrow. brand new belt, coolant good, oil good

    not sure didnt test it but the breaker didnt reset it normally reset with that click when u push the reset Botton

    The older units had the switch that clicks when when you reset it.If that's what you have and it isn't clicking and the button remains out when the apu is sitting cold then the reset is no good.

    Problem was i had a bad computer board. I replaced it and everything good it just needs to be program
