Trimble duo

Hopefully, someone that uses this device has some pointers. Running trimble duo(peoplenet).
First issue: extreme lagging. Tap an icon and it's like someone cued up the final jeopardy theme. I know from my days with a PC and my other cellphones, you can go in do a Defrag or optimize, but I can't figure out how to do it(if it's possible) suggestions?
Second issue: my truck is in shop for repairs, but we can take the box with us to a different truck to track HOS. We have to change unit number to be compliant, but if the sub truck isn't in our fleet database, any messages I send, my dispatcher isn't getting. The thing is, every other message to other office staff is. Like a loaded call would normally be the loaded shipper macro. I have found if I go into the address book and select dispatch! and my dispatchers name he was getting them, now he's not. My guess on this is because he is 13 years my senior, and I'm 50, but I don't want to assume its because he doesn't know exactly where to look. Any ideas on either of my issues?

 

If I had a say I would. Company's call. I have suggested Qualcomm, at least with that I can use my USB keyboard and mouse to navigate the screen.

 

No nothing like that at all. I'm not hearing any ringing either and last hearing test I took doc said I have no loss for someone my age.
