Yes if you pull the covers you can get the trim file number and confermation code then you will have to find a shop with cat ET and the trim file disk and give them the numbers and there corresponding cylinders.

The trim numbers are on the injector itself pull the valve cover and get the 4 digit number off each solenoid.

The four digit trim codes stoped with the single turbo the acerts use what is called a trim file with the injector flow information in them and these have to be loaded in the ECM. On the top of the injector there is a long code that starts with 5a5 or something like that and a four digit number that is the confermation code you will need both to get the correct trims back in the ECM.

No they are on the top of the injectors where the injector rocker pushes on the injector itself. Some times they can be hard to see

The numbers are on the side of the injector solenoids. You're going to have to take the truck to a CAT dealer. He'll have to pull the valve covers to read these file numbers. The number is actually a reference to a Injector Calibration File. The dealer will then have to download the correct Injector Calibration File from CAT for each injector in the engine and then load it into the ECM.

Did he flash the ECM with a 625 Hp file? This usually causes a lose in power and poor fuel mileage in a 550 engine.
