Been with Trc since 2022. Very good company to run with. You can dispatch yourself using DAT or any other load app you want or have one of their dispatchers state side find your loads, they’ll send you the rate con. Haven’t run any of their contract freight ( have been asked, but wasn’t the direction I wanted to head) you can also find your own direct freight. Very good fuel discounts though rts, you have access to the app so you can see the discount and also use the app to check broker credit rating. Never been turned down by any brokers for oos rating so it’s not an issue. They also just acquired a shop in Okc to help oo’s with repairs. Highly recommended and the closest you’ll get to having your own authority.

Too bad the hired that annoying “Little trucker ” Dbag as their recruiter.

 

This is my experience with this company. Watch your pay statement, because they will deduct $200-800.00 plus dollars from your statement for fuel you didn’t even purchase! F’ing crooks! Then act like it was a simple mistake! ## accounting! As hard as it is to make any decent money out here as an O/O these bums are embezzling your hard earned money! This didn’t happen once or just twice, it was a regular thing until I left.

Oh and they will sign you out of your logs and modify them for their benefit. I had to threaten to report them to get them to stop. That bald headed guy comes across as a nice guy, but he knows exactly what his staff are doing and he plays dumb then acts like it’s his 1st time hearing it and he’s going to do something about it, but nothing happens. Nothing.

If you want 10 thousand people telling you what to do, this is the company for you. (Lol) I would never recommend or go back, ever!

No sir I don’t think we are. If I were to buy a truck, (loving the LTL life) I might give them a shot.

 

Out of curiosity, I'm wondering if the gentleman from The Little Guy Show on YouTube still works there? He used to post some information that he was now employed by TRC. He did a lot with Trainer James on YouTube but James id MIA? Any information?
