I bought this truck from Pepsi. It has a Cat C12 and a 10 speed transmission.
2001 Freightliner FL112 6X4 Tandem Axle Tractor. Approximately 407,844 miles. VIN: 1FUJBGAS01HH74156. Additional notes:
It is in Illinois and so is my warehouse.
Not sure what I will do with it, either sell or part out.
I will go and pick up myself with my RGN.
My question is, if that truck is the LOAD, do the MIRRORS on it make it OVERSIZE? Do I have to put flags and oversize load signs? Or just take down the mirror? I have a blanket Illinois oversize permit so I do not need to get a permit as such.
Transporting a truck, do mirrors make it oversize load

Yes, it is oversize. The mirrors on the power unit do not count as oversize because they are considered safety equipment, but once its on a trailer it is cargo and the safety status no longer applies
stwik, hagarcobra and ichudov Thank this. -
i think you will find that the solid brackets are 102 inches -
18% buyer premium? Geez.

yes, they used to have a much lower premium when they were doing auctions at govliquidation...

$2700 for a running C-12 and a 10-speed is a great price.
ichudov Thanks this. -
