Transportation Management System (TMS)

Hello!

We have a small fleet size of 5 trucks and I am currently using a cheap Indian buggy web-based TMS software. I am now paying like $37 per month. ITS Dispatch is worst than what I am using right now and they cost $100 per month so forget that!

Man, I am so frustrated, I need a good and advance TMS! That includes building load, dispatch, accounting, driver settlements, safety, maintenance, document imaging, and etc. My big problem right now is safety and maintenance, I need to keep track of maintenance and inspections I've failed BIT inspection because I've lost some inspection papers and I need to scan all papers then upload to TMS so I can keep track of it.

I found a really good advance robust TMS but I think their price is rip off $700 startup and $585 per month for just one user, an additional user will cost more per month (includes all I stated above, training, software update, email integrations, data backup service, technical support, PC Miler, and automated email) ... unless you tell me it is not rip off and it sounds right to you? Are you paying around $600 per month for an advance TMS in a small fleet? I was expecting like $250 per month.

I've spent too much time researching finding a good TMS, now I need your help! Please tell me your experience with TMS you're currently using and what are you paying for it. I've noticed advance TMS software are mostly compatible with the Windows operating system and not web-based, no mobile apps, not compatible with Apple operating systems.

Yes, I have tried the Ascend TMS it doesn't meet my expectation. Looks like I am asking in the wrong place because it doesn't seem that anyone here knows of advance TMS like McLeod or something.
