Transplace the 3pl & technology company

    Attention all company driver/owner operators this company (Transplace the 3pl & technology company) is a big rip off for any business they have your compnay (carier) take a load and send your drivers to the pick up and as our drivers get there they look for a cheaper carier and our drivers find out the load is not there they booked it with some other company as the arrived. I mean do these people relize that gas isent free and that the economy is not so good right now why woud we waste any money for no reason. I call them my self and asked them what should i do they tell me call in the morning brokrage divison if they dont help call carier relations and i asked what if none of these work. well he states ("than your out of luck just leave at that") I mean really this is big busines that is worth millions that do this its just rediculous..........
    Once agian the company (NO GOOD) COMPANY INFO TRANSPLACE THE 3PL& TECHNOLOGY COMPANY.....

    That double booking you encountered? Most likely not TPQLs fault, oftentimes loads are double booked with two 3PLs. (Transplace and CH Robinson for example)

    Also, when did you call? Obviously it was after hours, weekend or weekday? Who did you talk to? How did YOU act towards the person you were speaking with?

    Mistakes happen, yes TPQL makes mistakes also, we are human. Have you ever missed an appointment? Thought so. If you call whoever your broker may be acting irate, you're unlikely to receive the help you otherwise would have.
