Can anyone tell me the difference, if any between the transmission in my truck vs what it came factory with? Other then the torque rating. 20171211_141632.jpg 20171211_140559.jpg

As you already mentioned, torque rating is different.
Ratios and dimesions should be all the same.
Shift housing should be different, FRO vs FROF but maybe somebody simply put on another housing, or Freightliner did not put the F on the plate.

If you want to know exactly, download these 2 documents and compare all the parts.

Mostly worried about ratios. I've had the truck a year and the trans is still holding so I guess that's not an issue right now. Don't know how long it's been in there before I got the truck.

The frof instead of fro is the shift tower forward location. 15210 is rated at 1550ft/lb where the 16210 is rated at 1650ft/lbs. Last two gears are rated for an additional 100ft/lbs in both. Ratio is same. You should be fine with a c13 depends on how wore out it was when they installed it.

Good enough for me. It's held up this long. I've put roughly 80k miles on it hauling 88k lbs locally. Don't know anything else about it at this point.
