Can anyone tell me the difference, if any between the transmission in my truck vs what it came factory with? Other then the torque rating.![]()

Ratios and dimesions should be all the same.
Shift housing should be different, FRO vs FROF but maybe somebody simply put on another housing, or Freightliner did not put the F on the plate.

The frof instead of fro is the shift tower forward location. 15210 is rated at 1550ft/lb where the 16210 is rated at 1650ft/lbs. Last two gears are rated for an additional 100ft/lbs in both. Ratio is same. You should be fine with a c13 depends on how wore out it was when they installed it.
