They advertise heavily on Craigslist, which is generally a bad sign. Pay doesn't seem all that great. A lot of the testimonials that they are promoting themselves are poorly written. If the best anyone can say about a company is that they "bank mad money", I'm guessing it's not the greatest place to work.

They're one and the same. Anyone that says "bank mad money" most likely doesn't even have a savings account.

Good for some. Bad for others. Mostly depends on what you put into and what you expect to get out of your relationship with your contacts at the company.
The company is a typical corporate environment of a mid-sized company trying to be a mega. -
I hauled sugar beets to plant in bottom dumps around Nampa Id. early 80's. Made good money, Co. trucks. Jack B. Parson construction out of Ogden, Ut. was the low bidder for the harvest.

Most of them in North Dakota are farmers, making extra cash pulling from the fields. It’s seasonal work.

And oilfield workers. During the boom,the sugar beet field had to compete with the oilfield for drivers. Water drivers could make more hauling beets than water during the harvest.
