Most new drivers will start with a "training" company, most training companies pay about $400 weekly, many new drivers are just finishing up their CDL training and are collecting unemployment, is there anybody who is training, or has just recently finished training with a company and still filed for a partial unemployment benefit while they were training?

Keep doing your call ins for unemployment. The companies tell you how much a day you will make. Use that number to determine your earnings and report that. If there is anything left over in the unemployment equasion you will get the diference.
