    Hello,
I'm sure others on here had the same problems I have with my trailers.
I have 2 53' dryvans. One is a 99 and the other 98. both have floor leaks, where they get some moisture and or some water inside when driving in the rain. Is there some sort of coating that I can spray underneath to prevent leakage?

I have used the 3M brand with good results and pretty reasonably priced. Just a regular spray can and seals really good.

    Here's a link for it: [ame]http://www.amazon.com/3M-Automotive-MMM8881-Undercoating-Oz/dp/B0002NUO5Q[/ame]

Check out the nearest Wabash trailer repair shop I use to run dedicated parts for them they have a complete floor refinishing kit that seals the floor. No idea on the price though.

A trailer shop near where I live told me about a product called Key Polymer brand Floor restore. Last I checked, a complete kit with filler for gouges, and the sealer was about $400. 1 kit will do 1 53' trailer. It is applied on the inside. I plan to do this to two of my trailers.

This sounds like an excellent option. a little pricey, but might have to make that move soon. I will first experiment with this rubberized coating from Rustoleum. bought a few cans and will spray in some test areas underneath. will post updates

thanks to all for your valuable info

My local service guy has a process they use for this. They clean the floor really well, than put resin on the floor in liquid form. Then they spread it all over the floor
and let it dry. Usually they'll put some sand in it too, otherwise it will make your floor real slick. The last one I had him do, I think he charged $600 for everything. That trailer was having leakage problems at the front, right above the drives. And foodgrade shippers don't usually load trailers that have 4 ft diameter puddles of water ! The resin treatment took care of the problem 100 % Best $600 I could have spent on it.
