Every trailer I hook up isn't in straight line. I did trailer alignment and there's no changes.
Can the 5th wheel be a problem?
And is just adjustment of 5th wheel enough to resolve that problem?

Trailer alignment wont help, your axles are straight with the truck. It's the trailer thats off centered. Need to get it to a trailer shop and thy can get it straight.

He said its every trailer he hooks to. Is it when your looking in your mirrors? The perception will make look like its dogging to one side but in reality its going in a straight line

If your a newer driver just thought I'd tell you that

Find some slick concrete like inside a warehouse, sprinkle it very lightly with water then slowly drive straight through it. You'll be able to tell instantly if the trailer is dog-tracking. If not, re-spray and go through bobtail, your drives should track exactly on your steers.

Or, if your tires are wearing good, truck isn't pulling then just drive, as someone has said, your mirrors will give an optical illusion. On most trucks the right mirror sticks out just a little further from the left and add in that it may be ever so slightly convex then no matter what you align it will appear to be tracking crooked. A sliding tandem trailer is only aligned axle to axle as there is a small amount of play in the slide. That small amount 40' back from the king pin will result in some off-tracking anyway.

Is there plenty of grease on 5th wheel? If not, it will cause your trailer to offtrack

Most roads are crowned, so a perfectly aligned trailer will dogtrack slightly to the right.

That's why I always had my fixed spread 3/8" long on the left side, trailer tracked perfectly on a standard crown and a little left on the flat.

He said he did an trailer alignment also? It can possibly be the fifth wheel or on your trucks allignment.

Sounds like the drives are not properly aligned to the frame, and the tractor itself is crabbing down the road.
