Not for the most part, they will ALL show up. You drive your personal vehicle and commercial vehicle on the same license. They aren't separate.

To add a bit more background on red light cameras in Florida . . . one of the main issues with these red light camera fines is that it is presumptuous to assume that it was necessarily the registered owner of the vehicle who was driving and should be ticketed with a moving violation. What about a vehicle registered in the name of both a husband and wife? Do they just arbitrarily ticket the first name on the registration? Because of this, and numerous other legal challenges, they got away from counting these as moving violations, thus they do not show up on a motor vehicle record. At least initially. If the violation does not get paid, then it becomes a traffic violation later. Not sure if that necessarily means moving violation? Each state can be different. You're probably best to Google red light camera fine driver record (your state) to get more specific information for your state. If nothing else, you'll get hits on several law office websites that many times explain how these work in your particular state. There is also a website that has national information on camera enforcement: http://www.photoenforced.com/

Go to school and find out.

Your driving record will show the same thing, whether you have a Class D or Class A or Class ANYTHING.

In most states, check your local listings, unless you are served the summons in person, by a cop, you can throw the red light ticket in the circular file and move on.

The 6th amendment says you have the right to face your accuser. I doubt they'd pull the camera off the pole so you could question it in court. Anyone who'd pay a red light camera ticket is just part of the problem which is taking away our rights. Fight every ticket. Especially a stupid camera ticket.

I hear what you're saying, and the deck is stacked against us, but throwing a ticket in the garbage can (as stated in post #14) is just stupid. You'd really have to do some research to be assured that ignoring any kind of ticket does not create problems down the line for things like background checks for future employers, HazMat endorsements, TWIC cards, and MVR's.

Fighting a ticket is fine, but how many OTR truckers have the flexibility in their schedules to visit lawyers and meet court dates, in addition to the cost (and lost pay opportunities) of doing that vs. just paying the thing and having it be done with?

Just pay the ticket and move on. Red light camera and speeding camera tickets do not go on your driving record. They are treated just like parking tickets. They just know that your car ran the red light. They can not prove who was driving. So the legal owner of the car is legally responsible to pay the fine as they are responsible for their car at all times, but it does not go on your driving record because they can not prove who was driving

instead of making a new thread maybe this can be answered here, is it just moving violations that matter, or can something lik acrack in the windshield of your personal vehicle effect your CDL as well??
