Farm2fleet, Landstar, Admiral Merchants don't have an age restriction on tractors. If you have your own authority, no age restriction either. As long as the truck-tractor passes DOT requirements good to go.

Every company out there is going to ELDs, If your truck does not have an ecm or electronically controlled fuel injection, you will probably not be accepted.

There are hopper bulk load carriers that use older tractors. Some like Eclipse in Nebraska have hoppers to pull. Problem with older engines is fuel economy, but with the fuel prices down good luck.
