Although this company is no longer around (Thank God for that), They deserve being mentioned. This was the most disorganized, unethical, hypocrital sorry excuse for any job of any kind that I have ever encountered.
Here is a story about how they shut down. They essentially did the same thing Arrow did, But it didn't make waves because they were a much smaller outfit.

Shall I start with the overweight 49,000+ lb loads of Pepsi-Cola out of Burnsville, MN? Or the expectation that drivers should make 5-10 loads/pickups/drops a day and still drive over 600 miles, yet still make it legal? Or the fact that they had Quallcom and didn't need it?
They would punish drivers who didn't play their illegal games by sending them home in the middle of the week and forcing them to go out again. Their trucks in 2005 were mostly old, leaky, underpowered, worn out and totally unsafe.
Most of their veteran drivers were good people, but a lot of them stuck around simply because they were so close to retirement and the economy in 2007 was already taking a turn for the worst. Unfortunately in the end everyone found out the hard way what kind of people the owners really are.
I'm all for sticking around and giving a place a fair shot, but a few months was enough back in 2005 to learn that this place was hell on earth. The day I quit a former Swift driver also threw the keys back at them, I think that pretty much says it all.

Kind of sounds a little like Mid-States Express with the insurance premiums and 401k contributions not being paid. I hope those who were wronged are able to get some closure on this.
