Hope the driver of the truck that got hit head on comes out ok. No word what the cause of the tow truck crossing the median is yet.

NEWVILLE, Pa. (WHTM) -A fatal crash involving four vehicles closed Interstate 81 South in western Cumberland County for more than four hours Friday.
The southbound lanes were closed at mile marker 34, three miles south of the exit for Route 233 and Newville and four miles north of the King Street Exit in Shippensburg, until just after 2 p.m.
Northbound I-81 was restricted to one lane in the area until 12:30 p.m.
Trooper Robert Hicks, a state police spokesman, said the driver of a rollback tow truck died after the vehicle crossed the grass median from the northbound lanes and went into the southbound lanes, where it sideswiped a tandem tractor-trailer and hit a second semi head-on at around 9:30 a.m.
The driver of the tow truck died at the scene, Hicks said.
The second trailer of the tandem overturned, and two people inside the tractor were taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The driver of the second semi was seriously injured and taken to Penn State Hershey Medical Center by ambulance, Hicks said.
The driver of a minivan was able to avoid a collision with the tow truck by swerving into the median.
The minivan was damaged by flying debris from the collision, but the three occupants were not harmed, police said.
