    Whichever you get, be sure to have calibrated. Usually you can find a deal on eBay. Got mine for 75$, then maybe 15$ for tubing and clamps. Worth it on $ you save doing tires yourself.

    3/4 rechet wrench with a cheater bar.
    Even when they come out on road and torque your wheels ( with a high dollar torque wrench )they ask you to check them after the first 100 miles in writing.
    What does that tell you?

    That is called a legal CYA. They require the same when done in a tire shop. Just had my steers rotated in a TA, Had to sign the paper saying as much.
    Just in case there is something between the wheels that comes out and lets your nuts loosen.
    Also using a torque wrench should prevent the stretching of the studs.

    I remember reading a thread. The poster owned the truck, and the driver had some obsession with torquing the lug nuts everyday. They were close to impossible to get off.

    @Bean Jr.

    That driver prolly had nightmares about his wheels coming off.

    I have a similar phobia...so I usually ask someone else to double check the lug nuts
