Top Notch Expedite (Miami) owes me for unreimbursed fuel and unpaid wages and court fees. I sued the company in small claims court in Miami and won a judgment for $4627.69 + interest.
I intend to garnish the company's wages at various brokers, but because I am not 100% certain this will succeed, and because courts charge a fee for garnishment, and also because interest is being added to the total debt, I decided to try to slowly pressure the company into paying me.
I registered/made this website in the company's name and sent the link to the owner
but she remains silent.

Just to be clear. My primary goal is to be paid, not to cause trouble for the company.
It's a tiny company owned/run by one woman. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how to (legally) pressure the company into paying me. All company trucks are rented. The company's principal address is also the owner's home address, which could possibly be rented. Seizing property seems to not be an option.

A court ordered writ of execution after a judgment, but that has not been satisfied, depending on the time frame given in the order, allows seizure of property etc.
And if you have the companies business bank or banks name you can attach the account, as that is within the power of a writ of execution.
It is usually enforced in person at the bank by county deputies.Last edited: Apr 20, 2025

I don't like the word expedite when I see it on a truck. I figure they are a scam just because of that.
