Yes I know how stupid can I be. Can anyone tell me the severity of a toll violation? I went in short like $5 dollars and they gave me a yellow ticket saying toll violation. Will it go on my dac report? Am I banned from trucking for life now?

LOL. Answers are no and no. Just make restitution on the toll and remit it within the time period specified, to the toll authority that cited you. You'll be fine.

I work for a company. The toll violation states the fee will be sent to the owner of the registration. I can expect a deduction in my paycheck coming correct?

    toll is the companies responsibility.

i never carry money with me. seems like no one takes credit card anymore. so they bill the company.

It depends if you work for a toll dodging company or not. If they approve tolls they'll pay it. If not they'll pull you in a back office and make you sign a promissory note followed by payroll deduction. As long as it's paid it's no big deal unless you are the repeated mad toll booth runner. :)

Most add a $25.00 fine to the toll

Yeah, your company should pick it up, probably sans the violation fee. Where were you?

Most likely. You should have EZpass & pikepass; where were you -- Florida? Texas? or California?

Money is money. Call the number on the ticket and see if you can pay them directly, I'm sure you can. Then you can keep your company out of it. But make sure you pay it by the time specified.
