I'm probably opening up a can of worms but what is your favorite or recommended "tire thumper"/tire checker?
Do you prefer wood (cedar, ash, etc. such as the Ozark Tire Thumper), polymer/lead core (RoadPro) or aluminum (Unitoool 'lil bopper)?
Father's day is next month and the wife and kids are looking for hints.

I suggest a metal one. The wood ones are too easily broken when you use it on the occasional pushy lot lizard.

A good quality " TIRE PRESSURE GAUGE " , as I have yet to find the conversion factor for THUMP to PSI .
