Thousands sign online petition asking FCC to shut down Mud Duck

Really? Me thinks the FCC cares quite a bit. Willful and malicious interference of other CB stations. So we shouldn't enforce the FCC violations against Mud duck because someone else would be doing it if it wasn't him? REALLY?

You can dream all you want, but I'd be shocked if the FCC gets anywhere near this.
Is Sherman a PIA? YUP!
Is he running illegal? YUP!
Is the FCC going to get him? I doubt it!
There's probably 10's of thousands of illegal radio stations( I include myself) running the CB (11 meter) band in the US. The FCC isn't going to jump onto that hornets nest because the "juice isn't worth the squeeze"!
If Sherman is going to have his comeuppance regarding anything it will be regarding his alleged business practices. Either by a government agency or an aggrieved party that decides to do something about it on their own.

If Mud Duck is the biggest problem I have on any given workday on the highways and byways then it's been a great day!
BTW..............he's probably getting a lot of free entertainment seeing everyone ##### about him on the 'net!

They don't have time to chase down the trucker with a 25w amp on his radio who keys the mic once a week to talk about a bear in the median. They DO care about someone pushing so much power blocking EVERYONE IN THE NATION from using that frequency that has been set aside as THE trucker frequency.

If there is gonna be some sookin n bawlin on illegal radios,that covers most of the stuff sold by these tecs who sell tuned radios/amp builders...
Just cause one pisses ya off and you want him outta business then that will filter down to other well know tecs...

If his work pisses ya off or not its still a pile of advertiseing for his work no matter if you like him or not..
Talk to 10 people they say he uses one of two different amps and a host of output watt yet no one can prove it....
