    I'm looking for a list of the best class a cdl trucking schools in NYC.A school that teaches with a 10 speed manual transmission only.Any of the 5 boroughs in NYC or Long Island.I have a road test on the 20th want a few extra lessons but the school I'm with now is booked up so they can't provide me with extra lesions at the moment unless I push my road test back.Something I really don't wanna do!

    Just wondering why do you care if the test is in manual or automatic in NY your license will not be brand auto's only..

    They have a daycab 10 speed with a short trailer older truck single axle on both truck and trailer..

    Because I want to learn a 10 speed manual so rather do training on the 10 speed then an auto.Also most class A trucking jobs require you to know how to operate a manual.In my case I'm looking for employment with schendier.The recruiter told me I must learn a 9 or 10 speed manual to be consider for employment.

    i tried sunny they only offer automatic.But I'll try
    Sorano & Son in the morning thanks ..just looking for extra lessons in a 10 speed that's all

    Ok well the bronx is your best bet also they charge 80 an hour for lessons

    Hey you may wana look into Ferrari driving school. Its been a while since I've lived in NY but If I recall correctly they had schools in Bklyn, Bronx and Queens and from what I remember they were one of the larger schools. Im not sure what type of equipment they use to train.

    Ferrari wasn't using any split-range transmissions when I got my license. You might want to call them though.
