Are you sure you were turned away because of your driving record?, each company has its own rules for what they will accept on a driving record...have you been driving with a CDL for very long?, have you checked your DAC report?.....just things to consider

Each company is different. They might have turned you down for your job history or you criminal background check. You never know. What companies are you looking at?

They might take you. They are a decent company to go with. Good luck to you I hope it all works out.

thanks everyone for the input ,I am confused about where to go but I still got another month of school to hone my skills I might go to the one day at a time plan cause this can all be a little overwhelming with all the thinking about what company to go with:occasion9:

I hear you bobbyw. I'm starting school on Monday, and it's only 3 weeks long. But I haven't been able to choose a company to go with either.

Just keep thinking about the perfect driving job. Think about it long and hard, see yourself doing it. This may help you get to something better..

It'll happen anyway you go about, just relax and do your best there at school. That's what I'm gonna do.

    Good luck!

I found out on my background check my 1998 misdemeanor caused me to be denied by Roehl and maybe that was the case with Gordon as well but I have been perhaps aiming to high with these companies and maybe I should just get on with a company with less stringent requirements and get that year in

I dont know what your misdemeanor was BUT is it something that even after you have put in a year with a less stringent company that you are going to beable to overcome? I can only say be very careful what company you go with, if you quit it can make it even harder than having a misdemeanor on your record, you have to protect yourself and your DAC, no matter what company you go with.
