where does somebody live that they only pay $550 for lower 48 plus provinces? let me know where you need to live I just payed $1850 for my plates for 48 states and im not paying it through another company. So the entire amount paid by me.

 

tetreau has been screwing my dad for 5 months now,,,he hasent had a pay check since he stared with them and im not kidding,...just like the guy said about the 90 day plate(TOP)...my father was headed to burmingham al...when he realize his 90 day was up..he called it in and they said they had the plates there..so my father ran with the 90 day plates hoping that when he got stopped the plates would be in the DOT system. he ended up getting stopped and explained to DOT what his situation was so they ran his plate through the tallahassee system and nothing came back my father was then written a fine of over 2000 dollars. my father sat in a hotel in burmingham al for ten days waiting for his plates the company then notified him that they never got the plates, then he recieved in the mail another 90 day plate
also the fuel cards are exactly like everyone is saying. they never have money on them and it takes hours to get fuel. he has been stranded on the side of the highway several times due to this. they then take the money to service the truck out of his paycheck
my father is currently stuck under one of their loads, and desperately trying to get out. can anyone help him out with an owner operator job.

i am not a troll or whatever you guys call people who rewrite the same complaint with a different name,i read this 8 page forum to my father last night,,,all he could say was"i thought i was the only one"

Just wanted to let everyone here know that the company HAS packed up and moved out of Florida to Bad Axe, MI. They have started a new company/changed names, etc. Their new name is "Network1". That is just for FYI. So, there will be more truckers that get screwed because they will not know about the history of these people. We are looking to file a lawsuit. i work there 3 wks and never got a paycheck that would cash these guys are out for themselves you now well when the car industry crashed we only got paid pennies on the dollar and they owed us well into the milloions that was the song scott pomerville cried to me so now i guess they feel the drivers owe that back to them get out while you still have a truck becuase you wont keep it long working for these so called people

and yes the only 1 that answers the phone is lyle tetreau and he does answer the phone with network1 scott pomerville has had his number changed and john in payroll goes straight to voicemail russ jr wont answer his phone and rick tetreau wont answer his phone i quit 3wks before christmas and they owe me for all the loads i ran in thoughs 3wks i wish we would all pull together and get a class action suit brought against these guys. Judging by this forum alone we would have enough people and evidence to have a case. I have all signed bills that I delivered and all text msgs between me and russ jr and copies of pay settlements sent to me with no checks but at least they sent paperwork to prove they owe me the money now collecting might be another story. We need to pull together to shut the doors so they cant keep doing this to drivers

If your Dad had a FL TOP, he would have to have the original taped to the windshield. It would have his vehicle information on it. If they never got a TOP then whose was he running on, which is also illegal. Hopefully your dad kept the TOP that was in his truck. My question would be if the TOP he was provided did have his truck info and Florida didn't issue one then how did that one originate.... Was the Company also fined?

 

The info that you have needs to go to the the states attorney general., I bet they will talk him/her. That should at least shut them down.

 

i think my dad still has the top...he quit 2 weeks ago and is now stuck in PA at a truck stop...he wanted to quit when he got a paycheck but it never happened...ive been filling out applications for him trying to get him a job..the manager of the store has been feeding him for free and family has also sent him money,,,when he get back on his feet we will join the you

YES they need to be stopped. is your father ok? things will get better for him i promise. please let me know how things work out ok? they are a band of gypsies but they are coming to the end of their line soon. tetreau should have been fined as well, call dot

 

Ask your Dad if his truck info is on the TOP, then get the TOP number, it is the upper right corner. His TOP was from Florida correct. I am very curious to see how they gave him a TOP, but never did it through the state.
