Tenstreet/intelliapp Question

    Are there any recruiters here from companies who use tenstreet/intelliapp/driver pulse?

    What all can the carrier see about you? Can they see communications you have made to other carriers? Can they see text messages and responses you have sent and received from carriers who send text messages from tenstreet? When they use advertising services can they see the websites you visit using retargeting and advertising platforms from Google/Facebook?

    What all can they see about the driver?

    It's all open packets of information.
    It's funny how people think that what they do online is in any way invisible to others using the same networks.

    People are not nearly paranoid enough in the online world.

    Communications within the IntelliApp / TenStreet / Driver Pulse are limited to that particular Recruiter's respective company that they represent.

    Tenstreet's on-line system is itense but was well designed to follow Part 391, microscopic in obtaining the needed details and then structuring the information for the client.

    It was introduced as I was retiring and I was able to monitor how my 'in training' replacement was doing. I was glad he was doing it!

    Tenstreet has the ability to see if you shake it once or twice after you get done peeing in the urinal.

    It is an amazing benefit for the Driver, Company and Recruiter alike.

    For the Driver, it allows for a one-time fill and the capability to send to multiple companies all at once. Then, it allows the Driver to obtain the name of the Recruiter and be able to watch the progress of the application through each of the processes it goes through.

    For the Company, it allows them to set parameters that meet their hiring requirements as well as conform to FMCSA / DOT regulations as it relates to the proper documentation and necessary compliance.

    For the Recruiter, it gives the capability to quickly scan the application to find the pre-determined 'red flags' that the Company has placed, allows for the one click process for ordering reports, VOE requirements and capability to communicate to the Driver through electronic means.

    Great system, in my own opinion.

    Unable to edit dates on the intelliapp. I made a mistake with a date and that’s a wrap. The app won’t let me delete the mistaken date and replace it with the correct date. WTF !

    Sooner or later it will show as conflicting another set of dates and the carrier will be notified and they should be able to fix your error if they want you and make the effort to contact you.
