Pulling out in front of moving big rigs/trains is usually a BAD IDEA....

Four Wheelers never think and can never comprehend the weight difference. Very unfortunate.

Probably learned that from mommy or daddy. At 16 unless she has farm permit she should not be driving without a licensed adult 21 or older in passenger seat. What about that?

Wow. Thats a wide open spot with just a few private roads to a couple big ranch houses there.
A few years back we lost an old man around the bend from me. He pulled out in front of the Amtrak hauling big A on the line that runs along FM78. His private drive to 1300 acres crossed it.

“The Hammer” probably has already been called. They’ll find the driver sped somewhere. If the driver hadn’t sped, he wouldn’t have been there at that moment. Never mind what the car did to find themselves in the predicament. Jury will rule the driver “guilty”.

You have to feel sorry for the driver these kind of deals. I heard about a truck that hit a car and killed two young girls. It wasn’t his fault, and later one of the girls uncles went and found the driver. He told him that there wouldn’t be any lawsuits and they understood that accidents happen. The driver admitted that he had been about ready to commit suicide he felt so bad about it. I sure hope I never get involved in an accident like that.
